Yes.
Once connected, AutoStatements prepares and sends customer statements automatically.
There's nothing to click.
What statements can it send?+
AutoStatements sends outstanding statements and activity statements.
When are the statements sent?+
AutoStatements sends statements on a schedule you choose - daily, weekly, monthly or annually.
Who receives the statements?+
AutoStatements sends emails to the relevant Xero customer contacts. You can choose which contacts receive statements and configure a Cc or Bcc address for every email.
Can I exclude certain contacts?+
Yes. Use Xero contact groups to exclude specific contacts or send statements only to selected contacts.
Does AutoStatements make changes to my Xero account?+
No. We do not have write access to your Xero account.
Does AutoStatements store my Xero data?+
AutoStatements only accesses the information required to prepare and send statement emails.
Can I disconnect at any time?+
Yes.
In the AutoStatements dashboard, go to Settings, Connection, and click Disconnect from Xero.
You can also disconnect in Xero itself, but using this method may take up to 24 hours to register in AutoStatements.
Once disconnected, no further statement emails will be sent to customers.
